I bought this 1lb bag over a month ago and have had one or two cups a day since. I RARELY ever have coffee now and really only when I have friends around who drink. My coffee actually goes bad before I can make it all. Never have that problem with my tea. :o)

I definitely notice the pick me up in the morning yet I never notice the let down. I combine this with some lemon myrtle or other ice tea and my coffee and soft drink addiction has been kicked to the curb.
