"I have been drinking yerba mate tea since October 1999. Since then there have not been too many days that I have gone without it. I have suffered from depression much of my life and as a result of being a combat marine in Vietnam, also suffer from PTSD. I feel that yerba mate lifts my spirits, but not in a nerve-on-ends way like caffeine. Yerba leaves me with with a positive feeling and attitude."
